We Betray America. We hold as self-evident out total contempt for American freedom. Get that from the get go: We Betray America. Who are we? We’re proud to say we are executives and board directors of many Fortune 500 companies. We are financial institutions, portfolio investors, holding companies, elected public officials, and national organizations. We are PDCA (Painting and Decorating Contractors of America) and SSPC (Society of Protective Coatings). We are Jones Day, world renowned law firm for terrorist acts against America. We are the clients of Jones Day. We are also, e.g., the law firm, Day Pitney, and Super Lawyer, James Sicilian. We are many who share one voice. We rebuke America’s Founding Fathers, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and we rebuke all US veterans since the Revolution who have defended American freedom.

We are unabashed in our admiration for the treasonous acts against America by Sherwin-Williams. We admire Jones Day for their terrorist acts against America and America’s veterans in protecting Sherwin-Williams. And like Sherwin-Williams and Jones Day, we disavow culpability for all illegal, wrongful, and unethical behavior. We stand united and voice no opposition to the terrorist and treasonous acts committed by Sherwin-Williams, Jones Day, and other members of our select group.

My name is Miles, I’m a Navy veteran and my enemies are WeBetrayAmerica. I care more about freedom and liberty than lies and deceit…do you care?

Sherwin-Williams stole a copyrighted product from me, and I fought back. Sherwin-Williams and their law firm, Jones Day, tried to body slam me. Together they orchestrated and carried out a campaign to discredit, slander, and libel me. They filed an injunction against me and used the PDCA to sue me. But I can kick back hard. I told them to take their law suit and screw off; and I just fought back harder. They manipulated the legal system to deny me the rights guaranteed to me by the Constitution and Bill of Rights. They really pissed me off.

I fight and denounce these and traitors through my websites and post card mailings. These cowards are afraid of me and afraid of the truths I tell about them. Neither Sherwin-Williams, Jones Day, or any of these terrorists have denied anything I’ve said or written about them. Jones Day won’t sue me, neither will Sherwin-Williams. They can’t sue the truth, can’t sue free speech, can’t sue the Constitution or Bill of Rights. They can’t sue away their lies, deceits, and terrorist acts. And this is one fight I’ll never walk away from.

I’m a pissed off Navy veteran. Sherwin-Williams, Jones Day, and all those WeBetrayAmerica terrorists piss me off. I care that Sherwin-Williams, led by CEO Chris Connor, lies, steals, undertakes terrorist activities and that management and board members just kiss butt and do and say nothing. I care that Jones Day, one of America’s largest law firms, rather than defend the law and protect American citizens, manipulates and distorts the law and denies citizens rights. Every American should care when a fellow citizen’s rights and liberties are violated and denied. Do you need to be reminded of our American Revolution and the courage of our Founding Fathers? The preservation of our freedom and liberties rests upon the sincerity with which we value them. The center of our character and ethical integrity from which we live our daily lives is both our affirmation and our continuing defense of these liberties and freedoms.

Yeah, I care. Sherwin-Williams once asked me to sue them; like I’m stupid enough to play that hand. No thanks. I’ll wage my fight in the street of Public Opinion. Sherwin-Williams and Jones Day picked a fight with the wrong person…they never thought anyone would fight back. You want a fight…this veteran will give you a fight like you’ve never seen: I am your worst nightmare. As Corneilius Vanderbuilt once said, “Gentlemen, I will not sue for the court of law is too slow; I’ll just ruin you.” Count on it.

I know companies steal products all the time. As reprehensible and morally unethical as is Sherwin-Williams stealing, what Sherwin-Williams and Jones Day contrived and carried out against me (not just me, want other names…how about Richard Parks, or Anthony Katsaralis, or Stephen Heller, or the Swathmore Two) is of far greater significance than corporate theft. In their attempt to silence me, they intentionally aborted my Civil Liberties and Constitutional freedoms. Companies who retain Jones Day do so for specific reasons. They know how Jones Day operates, they know how Jones Day will twist, distort, and manipulate the legal system for their benefit…and that’s just the way they want it. They are as guilty of crimes against America as is Sherwin-Williams, and they know it.

We don’t give a damn about Miles and his stupid defense of freedom or the Constitution. We don’t care that Miles exposes us for who and what we really are- terrorists and traitors. We don’t care that we are without honor or moral integrity. We care only for our greed, our contempt for law and the legal system, and only for what is good for us. And we sure as hell don’t care that Miles is the true grit American that we can never be. Understand it from the get go…WeBetrayAmerica.

Do you care more for truth, or is deceit preferable? If you genuinely care about freedom and liberty, read this; otherwise, don’t bother.

I’ll try to be concise. It’s not uncommon for companies to steal a product or ideas. Sherwin-Williams stole a copyrighted video from me, stole a caulking system from Richard Parks, stole a trailer full of paint and $22,000 from Tony K. Richard Parks has money, so he’s suing. Me…I’m just a bucket and brush painter…so I’m just telling everybody.

What did I first do? I sent out a few post cards and letters, talked to people at meetings and conventions, and as a PDCA (Painting and Decorating Contractors of America) member, asked the PDCA to help. What then happened? To try and silence me, Sherwin-Williams and their law firm, Jones Day, filed an injunction against me, and later used PDCA to terminate my membership and sue me.

I’m a Navy veteran and I know how to kick back at the night. When I dug my heels in Sherwin-Williams came to CT to talk. Sherwin-Williams first said that they themselves would sue me. I told them I liked a good David and Goliath fight so go ahead and sue me. Before they left town, Conway Ivy asked me to sue Sherwin-Williams. Yeah…like I’m stupid enough to play that hand. No thanks, I’ll wage my fight in the street and in the Court of Public Opinion. As Corneilius Vanderbuilt said, “Gentlemen, I will not sue for the court of law is too slow; I’ll just ruin you.”

Back up a moment. At one of those conventions in Las Vegas in January 2004, Bob Miller of PDCA came up to me and told me I was forbidden to talk about what Sherwin-Williams did to me. What? I’m forbidden to talk about it! I just started shouting louder. At another convention in Virginia Beach in April of 2004, Bill Schoup of SSPC (Society of Protective Coatings) and I spoke. (In order to share the costs of a convention and incre attendance, PDCA and SSPC had just recently agreed to hold their first joint show the following year.) Sherwin-Williams was a Gold sponsor of this forthcoming joint convention and because “I was a problem”, contrived with SSPC to have PDCA attack me. PDCA then rushed to expel me, and in doing so, ignored all legal procedures and their own bylaws. Without my knowledge and without my presence, PDCA held a secret meeting, slandered and libeled me, and shortly thereafter sued me. (This is also when Sherwin-Williams came to CT to speak with me.) After I told PDCA to take their law suit against me and screw off, they dropped the lawsuit.

Alright, so Sherwin-Williams steals…what happened here is of far greater significance than stealing. Sherwin-Williams and their law firm, Jones Day, along with PDCA, orchestrated and carried out a campaign to discredit and slander me, and to deny me rights guaranteed to me by the Constitution and Bill of Rights- all in a hope to shut me up. I’ve now sent out many thousands of cards, letters, and emails telling the truths of what happened and denouncing Sherwin-Williams, Jones Day, and PDCA as thieves, terrorists, and traitors. Neither Sherwin-Williams, Jones Day, PDCA, or SSPC has ever denied anything I’ve said or written about them. Sherwin-Williams in fact validated everything by coming to CT in 2004 to talk with me, and PDCA likewise admitted guilt by dropping their lawsuit. Do you actually think even for a second that one of the world’s largest law firms, Jones Day, wouldn’t come after me with all 2,000 of their attorneys if I lied? Understand that today, right now, Sherwin-Williams, PDCA, SSPC, and Jones Day substantiate my position. They are afraid to engage me and their only defense is a foolish hope I will loose heart and give up the fight. Truth and facts can be stubborn. Jones Day can’t and won’t sue me, neither will Sherwin-Williams, PDCA, or SSPC. They can’t sue the truth, can’t sue free speech, can’t sue the Constitution or Bill of Rights. They can’t “sue away” what they did.

Some fights you walk away from; not this one. I will not stop telling the truth, I will not stop defending freedom and liberty. I will continue telling everybody and I will continue to build support in the Court of Public Opinion: I shall prevail. “There is no survival without victory.” (Churchill) Simple as that.

So why do I send this to you? Do you care? An American should care. If you work for Sherwin-Williams you should be incensed at management and at their lack of moral integrity and total disregard of the law. Tell Chris Connor you care. If you’re a PDCA member tell your National Board representatives their actions are reprehensible, cowardly, and unforgiven. The law firm, Jones Day, rather than defend the law and protect American citizens, manipulates and distorts the law and denys citizens’ rights. The clients of Jones Day should care. Companies espousing ethics, respect for the law, and who value freedom, liberty, and the individual American should be wary of Jones Day.

Every American should care when a fellow citizen’s rights and liberties are violated and denied. Do you need to be reminded of our American Revolution and the courage of our founding fathers? The preservation of our freedoms and liberties rests upon the sincerity with which we value them. The center of our character and ethical integrity from which we live our daily lives is both our affirmation and our continuing defense of these liberties, and we should “Never give in---never give in, never, never, never, never---in nothing great or small, large or petty---never give in except to conviction of honor and good sense.”
